Backyard and Poolside Lawn in Elizabeth

This backyard was little more than dirt and uneven patches. It wasn't usable for kids, pets or entertaining, and it made the property look unfinished.

Our team graded and leveled the yard for drainage and a stable base, then delivered and installed fresh sod from trusted New Jersey farms, fitting it along the pool deck, patio edges and stone walls. We rolled the whole surface to press the roots into the soil and gave it a deep first watering, then left the homeowner a simple watering and mowing plan.

In a single day the family went from bare dirt to a smooth, green lawn that's ready for gatherings and everyday use.
