Sun and Shade Lawn in Paterson

We stripped away the struggling grass and weeds, loosened and graded the soil and brought in fresh sod cut to order from a New Jersey farm. It went down in a staggered pattern so no seams show and was rolled to press the roots into the soil. After a thorough soak, the homeowner got a watering and mowing plan to help the sod root deep.
