New Construction Lawn in Lakewood

We spread nutrient-rich topsoil over the compacted ground to improve fertility and fix the grade, then brought in fresh sod cut to order from a New Jersey farm. The crew laid it in staggered seams, rolled it firmly for good root-to-soil contact and gave it a deep first watering. The homeowners got a clear watering and care schedule for the first few weeks.

Instead of raw dirt, the house is now framed by an even green lawn, front and back, that protects the new grade from erosion and makes the whole property look complete.
